將接台車董座 蔡煌瑯：全力推國車國造
【記者郭玉屏台北報導】立法院顧問蔡煌瑯9日證實，即將接任國營企業「台灣車輛股份有限公司」董事長，落實總統蔡英文「國車國造」，打造台車成為產業火車頭，落實綠色、低成本、少污染的產業。
立法院9日公布蔡煌瑯請辭獲准，由前立委、立法院長蘇嘉全特助高建智接任立法院顧問，蔡煌瑯第一時間對請辭案低調證實第二站 內功心法全集，其他不願多談，但傳出10日將接任「台灣車輛股份有限公司」（簡稱台車）董事長一職，他證實確有此事。
蔡煌瑯9日下午說，約1個月多前接獲徵詢是否接任台車董座一事，他毫不考慮，一口答應，當過6屆立委、體委會副主委等資歷，擁有台大商學院碩士學歷，希望有機會到國營事業單位學以致用，推動「國車國造」的產業政策，讓台車成為產業的火車頭，提高就業機會。
蔡煌瑯指出，軌道運輸是傳統產業也是高科技產業，台車從2002年成立後，致力台灣車輛製造的技術提升，車輛設計及承造技術接近國際水平，且軌道車輛運輸具有環保、低成本、少污染的有價值產業。
蔡煌瑯強調，每個縣市都在發展軌道運輸，現在除新北市、台中市、高雄市在做輕軌外，台南市、桃園市陸續投入，軌道運輸產業在台灣很有市場，對他而言，接任台車董座是一大挑戰。2016/9/9
